The worst part of our recent Sir Grout experience was trying to convince people that we don't work for Sir Grout when they hear us rave about the total transformation of our aging handmade Italian tile floor. Virtually every time my wife walks into the kitchen or foyer, she smiles and says, "I love our NEW tile floor!" That's how good, and thorough, and careful, and painstaking Dennis was about his work.
